Account and data deletion

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to have your personal data erased (Article 17).

You can request the deletion of your account and all associated personal data by using our contact form or by sending an email to [email protected].

Upon receiving your request, we will delete your account and the following data within 30 days:

  • Your user profile (first name, last name, email address)
  • Your affiliate or merchant data (business information, contracts, invoices)
  • Your login sessions and authentication tokens
  • Your notifications
  • Your uploaded files

Some anonymized data may be retained in order to comply with our legal and accounting obligations, in accordance with Article 17(3) of the GDPR.
