How invoicing works
This guide explains how invoicing works and how to pay your invoices.
Overview
On the 1st of each month, Revclic generates an invoice for all commissions from the previous month. You have 30 days to pay the invoice.
Invoices are paid by bank transfer to the IBAN shown on the invoice PDF.
Paying by bank transfer
- Download the invoice PDF from your dashboard
- Find the payment details section with the IBAN
- Transfer the exact invoice amount to that IBAN
- Use the invoice number as the payment reference
Important: Include the invoice number in your transfer reference to ensure quick reconciliation.
Once we receive and reconcile your transfer, the invoice is marked as paid and a payment receipt is made available in your dashboard.
Invoice timeline
| Event | Timing |
|---|---|
| Invoice generated | 1st of the month |
| Payment due | 30 days after generation |
| Affiliate payouts | 8th of the following month |
Paying early helps affiliates receive their commissions faster.
Reminders
If an invoice is still unpaid after its due date, Revclic sends you a payment reminder by email until the transfer is received.
Troubleshooting
Invoice shows as unpaid after bank transfer
Bank transfers can take 1-3 business days to be reconciled. If the invoice still shows as unpaid after 5 business days, contact support with your transfer confirmation.
