The Burkert 2/2-way solenoid valve (type 255) features a G 3/8'' thread and a 120 VAC coil. Normally closed, it opens at a specific voltage. This direct-acting valve requires no differential pressure and is suitable for temperatures up to 180 °C (356 °F) and a pressure range of 0-10 bar (145 psi). With a PTFE joint and a 4 mm orifice, it offers a Kv value of 0.5 m³/h (8.34 l/min at dp = 1 bar water). Ideal for vacuum applications.
