Ducray Kertyol P.S.O. 100ml is a local treatment designed to target dry, thick patches on the body (elbows, knees, heels) and scalp. It's a complementary skincare solution for psoriasis-prone skin: - Quickly improves the appearance of rough, dry patches with active ingredients glycolic acid and lactamide, - Strengthens the skin barrier with Vedrine, enhancing natural hydration, - Relieves itching and reduces redness with Celasthol and Polydocanol, - Minimizes plaque thickening and recurrence using Ichtyol to eliminate dead cells.
