The Kingston IronKey Locker+ 50 G2 offers enterprise-level security with hardware encryption using AES 256-bit XTS encryption certified by FIPS 197, including protection against BadUSB and brute force attacks. With a redesigned modern case, it supports multiple password options (Admin and User) with Complex or Password Phrase modes. The Complex mode allows passwords of 6 to 16 characters using 3 out of 4 character sets. The Password Phrase mode accepts numeric codes, phrases, word lists, or even song lyrics of 10 to 64 characters. The Admin can enable a User password or reset it to restore access. To assist with password entry, the 'eye' symbol can be activated to reveal the typed password, reducing typos leading to login failures. Brute force protection locks the User if the User password is incorrectly entered 10 times in a row. Data and the key are erased and encrypted if the Admin password is incorrect 10 times. Additional features include fingerprint-resistant coating and an embedded virtual keyboard to protect passwords from keyloggers or screen recorders.
