Since 1910, the Petromax oil lamp has impressed with its 400 W light power and nostalgic design. Crafted from high-quality brass with a nickel chrome plating, it is robust and elegant, suitable for camping or use in the garden at home. It also provides local heating and the borosilicate glass is resistant to fire, protecting against wind and bad weather. The oil is pressurized into a carburetor and evaporated fuel combined with an impregnated wick produces a bright, warm light. Each Petromax lamp is handcrafted from over 200 components. Every lamp undergoes safety testing in accordance with German regulations.
