Burkert Flowave 3/4'' Clamp Meter - 8098 - 569679

The Burkert SAW (Surface Acoustic Waves) flowmeter (model 8098) is designed for applications with the highest hygiene requirements. With a 3/4-inch clamping diameter, it measures flow (volume) and temperature. Suitable for fluid temperatures from -20°C to 140°C (-4°F to 284°F) and ambient temperatures from -10°C to 55°C (14°F to 131°F). It can withstand a maximum pressure of 25 bars (351 psi). Optimal results are achieved when measuring homogeneous liquids free of solid particles and air. Not suitable for gases or steam, but their flow will not negatively affect the device or its operation, and subsequent liquids are measured accurately. UL certified, FDA compliant, food-grade materials, and hygiene certified for Europe and the USA. The flowmeter has a nominal voltage of 12 V to 35 V DC and uses the büS communication protocol (non-configured Ethernet interface).
