Burkert Flowave DN 8 Clamp Meter - 8098 - 573422

The Burkert SAW (Surface Acoustic Waves) flowmeter (type 8098) is designed for applications with the highest hygiene requirements. With a DN 8 clamping port, it measures flow (volume) and temperature. Suitable for fluid temperatures between -20°C to 140°C (-4°F to 284°F) and ambient temperatures from -10°C to 70°C (14°F to 158°F). It can withstand a maximum pressure of 10 bars (140 psi). Optimal results are achieved when measuring homogeneous liquids free from solid particles and air. Not suitable for gases or steam, however, their flow will not negatively affect the device or its operation, and subsequent liquids measured are accurately recorded.
