Sigma introduces the world's first transparent glass ceramic protective filters. Lens interchangeability is a key element of photographic expression, and it represents a significant personal investment for photographers. To help photographers maximize the lifespan of their lenses—their time, skill, and money investments—Sigma has designed and created specialized filters that meet the brand's high standards of excellence. In developing these new protective filters, Sigma partnered with a glass manufacturer to create a novel material called transparent glass ceramic (TGC).
