Planet FT-905A Convertible RJ45 10/100 to Fibre SFP

The Planet FT-905 Fast Ethernet Media Converter features an integrated intelligent management interface to control data flow, service quality, and adjust bandwidth in/out, as well as transfer speeds. Statistical functions from the Web Smart Controller interface help analyze packets and Ethernet connections remotely to quickly detect and locate network issues. The FT-905 converter also includes Digital Diagnostic functions, such as the Loop Back test for monitoring fiber optic link status and quality. The SFP fiber port accepts 100Base-FX multimode and monomode Duplex or WDM single-mode simplex modules. Its copper RJ45 port supports auto-negotiation of up to 100 Mbps Full-duplex, with Auto MDI/MDI-X detection. This converter can be used standalone or integrated into Planet MC-700 or MC-1500 chassis.
