How to get paid
This guide explains how to configure your payout account so you can receive your affiliate commissions.
Overview
Revclic uses Stripe Connect to process affiliate payouts. To receive your commissions, you need to set up a payout account linked to your bank.
Once configured, payouts are processed automatically on the 8th of each month.
Setting up your payout account
Step 1: Go to your affiliate settings
- Log in to your Revclic account
- Navigate to your affiliate dashboard
- Click on Settings or Edit for your affiliate account
Step 2: Start the payout setup
In the Payout Account section, click Set up payout account.
You will be redirected to Stripe to complete the onboarding process.
Step 3: Complete Stripe onboarding
Stripe will ask you to provide:
- Personal information — your name, date of birth, and address
- Bank account details — your IBAN or bank account number
- Identity verification — a photo of your ID document
This information is required by financial regulations and is handled securely by Stripe.
Step 4: Return to Revclic
After completing the Stripe onboarding, you will be redirected back to Revclic.
If your account is fully verified, you'll see a success message confirming your payout account is active.
Payout account statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Not configured | You haven't started the setup process yet |
| Pending | Setup started but not complete — click "Complete setup" to continue |
| Active | Your account is ready to receive payouts |
When do I get paid?
Payouts are processed on the 8th of each month for all commissions that have been:
- Accepted by the merchant (or auto-accepted after 3 months)
- Invoiced to the merchant (on the 1st of the month)
- Paid by the merchant (within 30 days)

Important notes
- You must set up your payout account before you can receive any payments
- Payouts are made in EUR to your configured bank account
- Stripe may require additional verification for larger payouts
- Keep your bank details up to date to avoid payment delays
Troubleshooting
My payout account shows "Pending"
This means the Stripe onboarding is incomplete. Click Complete setup to continue where you left off.
Common reasons:
* Identity verification is still being processed
* Additional documents are required
* Bank account details are missing
I didn't receive my payout
Check that:
* Your payout account status is Active
* You have accepted commissions for the period
* The merchant has paid their invoice
If everything looks correct, contact support for assistance.
