How invoicing works

This guide explains how invoicing works and how to set up your preferred payment method.

Overview

On the 1st of each month, Revclic generates an invoice for all commissions from the previous month. You have 30 days to pay the invoice.

You can choose to pay:

  • Automatically — by payment card or direct debit (SEPA)
  • Manually — by bank transfer to the IBAN on the invoice

Payment methods

Option 1: Payment card (automatic)

Your card is charged automatically when the invoice is generated.

Advantages:
* No manual action required
* Instant payment confirmation
* Supports Visa, Mastercard, and other major cards

Option 2: Direct debit / SEPA (automatic)

The invoice amount is debited from your bank account automatically.

Advantages:
* No manual action required
* No card expiration to manage
* Available for European bank accounts (SEPA zone)

Option 3: Bank transfer (manual)

You transfer the amount manually to the IBAN specified on the invoice PDF.

Advantages:
* No need to register payment details
* Full control over when you pay

Note: With manual transfers, payment reconciliation may take a few days.

Paying manually by bank transfer

If you choose manual payment:

  1. Download the invoice PDF from your dashboard
  2. Find the payment details section with the IBAN
  3. Transfer the exact invoice amount to that IBAN
  4. Use the invoice number as the payment reference

Important: Include the invoice number in your transfer reference to ensure quick reconciliation.
