How and when you get rewarded
Overview
Revclic tracks your referrals from the moment a shopper clicks your link until you receive your commission.
This page explains what happens behind the scenes and when you get paid.
1. Shopper clicks your affiliate link
When a shopper clicks your affiliate link:
- They are redirected to the merchant’s website
- A unique tracking identifier is attached to the visit
- This identifier allows Revclic to attribute the purchase to you
✅ No action required from you.
2. Shopper completes a purchase
If the shopper places an order:
- The merchant reports the transaction to Revclic
- Each product in the order is tracked individually
- All items initially appear as “pending”
This allows for refunds, cancellations, or partial returns.
3. Validation period (up to 3 months)
Merchants have up to 3 months to validate each product:
- Accepted → commission confirmed
- Rejected → no commission (e.g. returned or cancelled item)
⏳ If a product is not reviewed within 3 months, it is automatically accepted.
4. Monthly invoicing
On the first day of the following month:
- Revclic generates an invoice for the merchant
- Only accepted items are included
This step does not require any action from you.
5. Payment processing
- Merchants have 30 days to pay their invoice
- After the payment deadline, Revclic processes affiliate payouts on the 8th of the following month
6. Affiliate payout
At the end of this process:
- A payment receipt is issued to you
- Your affiliate rewards are paid automatically

~120–150 days after the shopper purchase, depending on timing
